Architectural Wonders, Made of Plain Cardboards, at Ramakrishna Mutt Book Exhibitions :
A Brief Write-Up Follows ,The Following Pictures of Cardboard Structures : Please Don't Miss It.
Exhibition of spiritual books, CDs & DVDs, is a very common feature, in the nearby Ramakrishna Mutt, in Basavanagudi area of Bangalore. They have occassional exhibitions of all dimensions, small, large, medium, extra large etc.
The massive exhibition of books in the Mutt, during the 'Janma Thithis' & 'Punya Thithis' of 'Shri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa' & 'Swami Vivekananda', are amazingly huge, and attract unbelievable multitude of spiritual book lovers, from far & wide.
And the temporary Exhibition Hall, that they construct, during such special occassions, using high quality cardborads, for displaying thousands of books, CDs & DVDs, is an Architectural Wonder, that looks like an exact replica, of the century old main structure.
I have visited such exhibitions in the Mutt, several times earlier too. But it was only during my last visit, somebody in the Mutt told me, that these are temporary structures, made of cardboards, built especially for the exhibition.
Here are a few pictures of the cardboard architecture, taken during my visit last year, on one such special occassion.
Smartphones have truly become an unbelievable boon for me these days, from the revolutionary Technology Geniuses, like Steve Jobs, & others (???).
Want to make good use of God given sense organs & limbs, for expressing my inner thoughts in black & white, before the organs become unruly & non cooperative. :)
